Color: Intense and compact dark garnet color, more opaque

Taste and aromas: Expansive bouquet including notes of wild berries, fresh and ripe cherries, complemented by delicate vanilla. In the mouth, you will feel a sweet and spicy aftertaste that will complement each other.

Characteristics: This grape variety from our sunny region gives the wine shades of ripe fruits, full tannic body, good structure, high tannins, medium acidity.

Pairs with: Grilled red meat steaks, lamb, grilled fish, slow-cooked dishes, grilled poultry and pork, aged cheeses, beef and bacon, mushrooms, fresh herbs, and game.

Serving temperature: 14-16°C

Alcohol content: 15% vol

Aging: 20 months in Caucasian oak barrels.
